Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you don't love it, you have 30 days (after receiving it) to request a return. Please contact us for any question at Support@theroastisreal.com.
Return item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags. You will need your receipt or order number.
To start a return, please contact us at Support@theroastisreal.com.
Once return is requested we will send you instructions for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item please reach out to us at Support@theroastisreal.com. and we will provide instructions on the easiest way to receive the exchange.
Refunds will be refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please let us know so we can find out why.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, not what you expected, or if you receive the wrong item.
